Shell wants permits to release more pollution than they were originally permitted.

Gorog () with subject line: “Re: Requesting Denial of Shell LLC’s Air Permit Plan Approval Applications (04-00740B and 04-00740C)” asking them to deny the request that Shell is asking for regarding these higher emissions levels.
